It's just not worth it Ras, it's good yes but it's essentially already old tech.

Got my 512mb G92 8800GTS off Scan for £140 odd and it's more than worth the £48 extra when you look at the tech specs.

Ok slaps for Scan.co.uk, I've been waiting for this bleedin' 8800GTS to arrive for 11 days now and it's still out of stock. I've just cancelled the order as i've seen a GTS on ebay from a reputable seller that's £10 cheaper and faster. Scan sent me an email saying that they're sorry for stock delay yada yada yada and in future i can have free UK carriage, just by calling their sales team on 0871.....

Because i'm really going to ring a premium rate number to get 'free' carriage...

Samsung 20" LCD TV (As new) £169

Looks hawt. £30 cheaper than elsewhere and not forgetting 3% QuidCo.

Was going to put this in my HUKD and money saving thread but either i can't find it on here or i never re-posted it on the TP...strange.

I wouldn't touch a Sony TV. Something about Sony just feels dirty to me, and not in a good way. The only Sony thing i see myself ever buying is a PS3 if my need for HD content becomes that dire. I'm umming and ahhing about getting a cheapo HDDVD and BsG, that's the only thing that interests me atm.

FYI - did you know that Planet Earth, when broadcast in the US, didn't have Attenborough's commentary? It was narrated by Sigourney Weaver....but saying that, she was in a movie about Gorillas in '88,(so far they have been exclusively found on planet earth)...so she should know.
supposedly she found the hunting footage quite distressing and had to be edited out when she shreaked at a lioness chasing a young antelope "get away from her you bitch !"

Lmao!

Nice find by the way.
