Techpond london meet up

Postby robbo » 27 Nov 2015, 23:24

Hey Nerds! Me and the Terrific Tappy are going to be going to our now annual get together at the London Super Comic Con. It's in Feb this time, 20-21 Feb 2016. We'll be going on the Sunday. Anyone else fancy going? Amazon Local doing a deal on tickets again for £15 instead of £20. Heck, we might even dress up!

Just so you know what's in store at the Comic Con. Some great music in these vids! :D

And the one that enticed us to go for the first time!

Aside from lacking a decent costume, I'm working that weekend.

She can come with you then, sounds ideal for her - Tappy can give advice on Pokemon costumes.

Definitely! We saw a family there last year that reminded us you! A family of transformers - mini and adult ones! I'll try and find the pic. And balls, just looked at the Amazon Local deal and tickets from there are unavailable. But still available from the main site with kid tickets too. 4 and under go free... http://www.londonsupercomicconvention.com/tickets.html

edit - pic found! How we expect Steff and family to arrive at a comic con. Shame I cut off the baby in the pram - you can just make him/her out though.

So star wars imax on 9th Jan. Premium seats at the bfi place. Any takers? They cost me 25 each, but see me right with a pint and maybe a bite if we get food, and we're good!

Robbo is in, with Mrs Robbo possibly. Plus me. But i'm sure Mrs Robbo could move over if 2 of you fancied it!

Tickets all gone! Me, Tappy, Robbo and Mrs Robbo. And i believe Mrs Tappy will join us for food before hand!

Lets hope the film is good! I think i've over hyped it in my mind. and with all the lego reviews i've been watching, i think i've accidentally seen some plot lines!
