1 photography course at jessops today. Very tired! 10am start is too early for a saturday!

Dear blog,
would be interested to see how that goes Ras, not sure if I have one near me but think as we have a DSLR would be good to learn how to use it...

Actually quite good! Learned about Aperture priority, shutter priority and Iso settings. As well as EV settings and program mode. Along with some practical tasks to drill these into you! They also discussed composition, kit, and gave discount on some products (mainly accessories, no lenses). Its £119, but i got it for £69 as i bought a camera from them. Then they're doing level2 for £69 instead of £119. So i've booked that too! Thoroughly enjoyed it and it sank in better than reading a book did!

Dear Blog,

Slowly and surely starting to get rid of things I don't need. Loads of old clothes, two old alloy wheels, a midi keyboard, some old uni books (still loads of those left though), some old dvds and games... Lots still to get rid of but I'm getting there slowly.

Dear blog,

Copenhagen is expensive but full of lovely friendly people (also the large majority of women are gorgeous!). Had a 9 course meal with wine pairing at Amass restaurant, it was amazing. Very odd flavour combos but awesome (never had vinegar powder before let alone on a dessert).

dear blog,
just realised I worked last week and had it booked off. Now have 10 days to take before christmas.

Might do some long weekends and have some duvet days and smash the xbox.

OK, I jest a little, I had it booked off but a team member also wanted holiday so I had planned to at least take some of it off but then Friday came and went.

Think I might have enough for weekends every other weekend for the rest of they year and still have a week off at chrimbo

Dear Blog,

Seems my sd card in my mini pro is dead. After a weekend of being in my backpack whilst running to get on trains it appears to have died with the phone no longer detecting it - safe to remove message always pops up when I try to mount the card. Taken it out and my laptop doesn't see it at all. Hmmm, no more snapchat for me for a while then.

Dear Blog,

I'm not having much luck with micro sd cards at the moment as my replacement Samsung 128GB micro sdxc card has failed at just three weeks old, it was a replacement for one that failed on its first transfer. Which was meant to replace a Sandisk 128GB card that had failed after a few months, my Mum's newish Samsung 32GB micro SDXC card has also just failed. This would suggest a common element, some device that's killing the cars but there isn't - the three 128GB cards were all used in the Note 4 but there's been no issues with the 64GB card which is back in again while my Mum's 32GB card is one she bought herself and used with her tablet. Another 32GB card I had failed was only used in a camera so I'm at a point now whether it's bother risking any more cards. I don't think any of them were fake either as the packaging all looked genuine when I checked them against counterfeit guides.

Also broken is the rear fastener on my helmet making it useless and when I enquired about a replacement part (this was already a replacement as the same part was broken when the helmet shipped) they've said the helmet has been discontinued and there are no spares. It's only 18 months old and was fairly new to the market at the time plus it wasn't a cheap one so I'm really annoyed that's it useless. I guess it's an expensive lesson never to buy Scott again.
