Dearest Blog,

So I've had tonsilitus for the last week (back to doctor again tomorrow) and because I couldn't eat, I've lost over a stone. Bizarrely in the last two days something odd happened and I seem to have become a fusion reactor as I'm still putting nothing in but I've gone up in weight.

Head to my other post for questions on this :)

Dear Blog

Turns out the missus arm is a little more broken then we thought, the last surgeon told her the pisiform bone was broken, turns out what he meant to say was that bone is fine but the whole head of her ulna is smashed. Nasty side effect of that is because it is not attached at the top it keeps getting in to awkward positions.

At least she has a proper cast now and she doesn't need to take up the whole bed so I got a proper nights sleep.

Now all I need is something to occupy my racing mind, cant focus on anything at the minute.

Dearest Blog,

Sorry to hear that, sounds nasty. Hopefully it will start getting fixed now they've figured it out.

Dear Blog

Cheers, I'm sure it will be fine.

Just seen that the PS3 Jailbreak has been ported to the N900 and Palm Pre, the N900 port runs on the stock OMAP1 kernel so no special firmware needed there.

Now if only the Android devs would get into gear.

dear blog,
that would be cool. What is the ps3 hack, would I still need to acquire bluray images and burn them?

dear blog,

can we implement a minimum post count before links can be posted/used in profiles? would stop a lot of the spam bots being able to post.....

Dear Blog

Congrats Toddy on the job, making stuff for money is fun.

Congrats Ras was all the pain and effort worth it? Wouldn't mind getting triathlon fit but don't have the follow through to do anything really.

Matt, the PS3 hack is basically usb emulation that does some funky stuff with the console on boot and forces the console to dev mode and lets you run custom code, add a boot manager and you can install games to the HDD and run them with any game in the drive. You have to copy from official disks though, and have at least one real game. But the devs are working on home brew so a lot of the restrictions will be over come in due time. Unfourtunatly you cant use downloaded isos but if you can rent them rip them and send them back, which is my plan.

Edit - Looks like the hack is ported to he iPhone as well.

Dear Blog

Just realised my missus can't turn her hand from flat, and the surgeon said there is a good chance it will be stuck flat for ever. But that means she will never be able to play on a console ever again!! Stupid thought but a little sad, I was looking forward to co-oping the new Tomb Raider.
