Dear Blog V12

Postby Johnmcl7 » 25 Feb 2010, 14:22

Dear Blog,

It's a fond farewell to the V11 version which was much smoother than its predecessor, here's to another 100 pages of randomness.

Dear Advocate

What exactly is 'extreme programming'? Does it involve the use of a laptop on a cliff or whilst surfing?

Dear blog,

Extreme Programming is a form of Agile Development - essentially you go and code stuff as quickly as possible without planning it too much and get the clients feedback and make changes.... I like it as a style but it can be quite wasteful time wise...

would prefer to do it whilst surfing though....

Dear Blog

Cheers Jim will try it out.

Looks like might be moving to Liverpool to study, my college has decided to not run the degree I was planning to. I didn't want to go to uni, I am settled and happy in my job, but I really need the base knowledge I would get from a degree to be able to do my job properly.

So confused, hate change when it's not my choice.

Dear Ahh i get it,

Basically just a 'sexed up' name for rapid prototyping then but perhaps a little more loose - like a teenager on alcopops.
