Been out pretty much every night, and have taken to about 5km runs around town listening to podcasts. Really make the whole thing much more endurable. The run was fun in the snow the other night!

I know ras, been slacking on the mfp front. Still doing my excersise though and eating well, just not logging in.

Averaging at least 30 mins a day either at the gym or a run. Try to do about 8km in 40 minutes for my runs about town, and 20 mins on the running machine at 11/12km and then 10 minutes on rower going at under 2 minutes 10 seconds per 500m, and whatever weights I can be arsed with.

I will pick up the mfp at somepoint!

A 9 - 7 at work today and my legs are aching. I could only manage a few press ups and tricep presses while my dinner was cooking. All that'll do for my fitness today!
