 17st 6 ish

Not my heaviest, but getting close, want to lose 4st, but that might take a while. Lightest I've been since moving back to the rock is 14ish, but that was power walking 3 miles a day and eating naff all, but that was a loss of 3st in around 3 months. My "ideal" weight is about 10st supposedly, but there would be nothing of me.

No excuse not to exercise any more, since my op in September I have very little pain in my leg, and losing weight will hopefully sort out my sore back.

I will definitely miss pizza and coke though.

As ever, I am the fattest here, FatIan take note since I am also called Ian, weighing in at 20 stone and 9 lbs. And if you think that is bad, I lost well over 3 stone in the three months coming up to Xmas.
Was going great guns but then the computer died in the treadmill I bought to help things along, and I have found it impossible to get motivated to exercise since. However a new and more expensive replacement has arrived today, though unfortunately I will no longer have little LCD competitors to race against, so will be starting to build up the exercise once more over the next week or so.
Not up to jogging yet, but before the treadmill broke I was doing between 3-5 miles every day at 5-6kph which was enough to burn off most, if not all, of the calories I am allowed to consume on my diet.
Already my weight has gone from 2009 to 2003, this year I am hoping to get it back down toward 1990, with the ultimate goal being back to 1989 and 11.5 stone, but I very much doubt that is achievable.
Still, the weight issue is secondary to the health one, but with the small incentive that when I get below 18 stone, a friend is going to take me flying in his 70 year old Tiger Moth.

Just checked myself, 109kg, so about 17 stone 2lb. Looks like I'm gonna have to change my forum name to not-so-FatIan.

Put on 5 kilos over the cristmas period, not been doing my physio or gym work, so gotta get going with that again as soon as. Might head to the hospital gym this afternoon. Idealy i'd like to get down to 14 stone.

Right I have myself a nice little 1.2 mile walk laid out for lunch times, although not today as I am in the least comfortable shoes ever as I hadn't planned on walking. Tomorrow I will bring my trainers down and get started.

Google maps claim it will take 25mins, Might load up Zombie Run to make it more interesting.

I hover between 74 and 76KG. Want to get down to my trim 72kg but can't seem to shift the last couple of kilos. Sometimes dip to 73kg, then celebrate with pizza and biscuits.

Keep meaning to get out cycling regularly as well. Tried some crunches the other day, 20 straight and 10 each side on the obliques. Ow, it really hurt. I think I am going to try and get my six pack back this year though, I miss it and having lost a stone and a half the last couple of years I think it may now be doable/visible.

Just got back from the first TKD session of the new year. was fun. Highly recommend a martial art for all you wannabe fit people.... your body will learn to adapt fairly sharpish and classes are always full of unfit people who turn fit. :D

Did American kickboxing and some mixed martial arts for 10+ years. Much as I would love to go back to it, both my finances and my body are not up to the task.

I do agree though, the best way to get fit and change your body shape. Nothing like someone trying to smash you in the face to keep you moving!

Managed to do 3km on thurs. Fell asleep last night! So off to the gym now!

Signed up to www.myfitnesspal.com as it allows me to track everything i eat, and work out the calories/fat/carbs/sodium etc. I am officially starting my RXBC (Rusty's Xtreme Boot Camp) in conjunction with my american mates NXBC. so 6 weeks of doing 500-600 calories burned in the gym 4-5 times a week. and keep to a strict 1800 calories a day. should be losing 3-4lb a week then to begin with, and level off to a gentle 1-2lb a week weight lose then.

RAWWWR!!!
