Exporting email addresses from Outlook

Postby Dr Who » 23 Sep 2009, 12:59

I am planning my upgrade to Win7 and one thing I need to do is export Outlook. Now, I can handle exporting the standard contacts but the ones I don't want to lose are the ones that Outlook autocompletes for me when I start typing most of which have not been added to my address book. Any way of exporting these or do I need to go through contact by contact adding them?

on xp, from memory, they're in:

c:\documents and settings\{username}\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook - and you'll find an array of pst, ost, and various other outlook specific files that you'll wanna copy!

Binnsy - yours looks like the star answer! Haven't tried it yet, but will let you know how it goes when I upgrade.
