Window open upon start-up (XP)

Postby Dax_Inside » 12 Aug 2009, 12:11

Hi guys

Ive just installed C&C generals on my asus eee 1005ha. It was from a backup source.

The game has installed into a folder under the c drive called 'Program', instead of the more normal program files.

The game works fine but for some reason when i start windows the window 'program' in windows explorer is open. Its not a major problem but its quite annoying.

Any ideas how to get rid of it? theres no mention of it in msconfig and ive run a regcleaner aswell.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Perhaps a reinstall and make sure the game installs in program files?

Yeah, its not a very technical solution, but would be what I would do :)
