I need some cash to buy stock when I find it at good prices so not turning it yet into a "business" :) for now just to make some extra cash monthly as I am in great need with 4 kids

You could sell one of the kids for cash. Which one is your least favourite?

C'mon Tappy, don't be stupid - Steff I'm sure has grand plans to get them to work soon enough I'm sure, much better long term investment that way.

To be fair to Tappy's wife, she doesn't have any spare husbands.

I came very close to going for a Dell on the outlet for £1500 which had the mental Nvidia Titan Z graphics card which was two Titan cores on one PCB, the card alone used to retail for over two grand and came with 12GB VRAM. As it was from the previous generation its performance isn't quite so stellar against the new cards and it's something of a waste of money just to have a cool card ;)

I also seen a high spec £1500+ on outlet where only one of the parts was £1000+ but I don't have the money to try to buy and resell such expensive pcs
anyway with the small pcs seems to work fine, sold 2 more silent pcs this week and they already left positive feedback and are very happy with them
I have 2 left with i5 cpus and 3 Dells (optiplex but upgraded to a good spec)
I keep buying parts when good prices to build pcs and resale but I should stop here until I sell everything/ what I have as I am in a hole on funds at the moment

This was a £1500 PC with a £2500 GPU but even putting aside the cost I don't think they'd be a good choice for reselling, the margin is going to be fairly small and they're pretty specialist machines which could take a while to shift. There's been a couple of decent ones with 980Ti's today which is also tempting as that card is 500-600 quid on its own and the rest of the spec is good as well but aside from the GPU, the desktop is ticking along fine and it's not doing any intensive 3D stuff right now.
