Weird error message

Postby PhilHibbs » 08 Dec 2014, 19:14

Any idea what this might be?

Searchable text: "System needs to be restarted again. Make sure all driver is installed."

I had recently removed and re-installed the GeForce Experience software, but I doubt that that is it. I've searched the interwebs and the only posts I can find are in French or Japanese or other Eastasian languages.

Actually, a quick google suggests you go on the manufacturer website and check everythings upto date. So might not be malware!

Is this a Clevo laptop? There's a few forum topics which claim this error message is related to the hotkey driver and uninstalling then reinstalling a fresh copy of the driver should work.

Yes, it's a Clevo chassis from PC Specialist. I'll look that up, thanks. Got any links? I didn't find anything in the English language yesterday.

*Edit* This is really weird. I'm getting loads of results in English now!

Sorry Phil, should have posted links the first time - in case you're not seeing the same ones as me:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?client= ... CB4QrQIwAA

https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/s ... alled-Help

Most of the English links seem to be from PCS although there's a couple for other Clevo laptops on other sites, hope you get it sorted.
