In FF3 (although haven't looked in other browsers) if you have the window less than half the screen (on my monitor) the avatars don't scale and cover up the text... Fancy going for the "web 2.0" approach to the code? :D :cake:

I don't think it's easy to implement... we tried to make the size limit for avatars as small as possible so the above won't happen but...
what monitor you have? 7" ? :D

no it'd a crappy 15" tft that I have to work on - they won't let me get a new monitor yet :( I only noticed it as I have the web open on half my screen with a text editor and shell running on the other half - very cramped but gotta work with what I have.

It isn't a problem at home just on this small screen

This happens to me as i have a crappy 15" work pc, with lo res, and i have a favourites window open all the time. ce la vie!

I don't know how you do it. I'm fine with this little 15" at home for browsing, but I've got twin 21" hi rez things in the office and I've already asked for a third!

i NEED twin monitors, but as i dont have a laptop, and have integrated graphics, got no chance!

LoL! no point me getting twin 24", when my graphics card is basically a tiny chinese guy with 256 coloured crayons!
