The graphics and art design look incredible. However, the gameplay looks a bit to be desired, just swarms of enemies running at you. Have they shown more of the combat and does it look any better than what's shown in this?

The swarming genestealers are the basic combat unit but you can see a few different ones in the trailer, the hybrids sit back and behave more like soldiers using normal weapons plus there's the much bigger broodlord and patriarch's. They've never shown or suggested them but I'd be very surprised if there's not Chaos marines you're put up against, the Deathwing are not Xenos specialists (while many other are and Space Hulk has always traditionally featured the Blood Angels) and their primary objective is always to find Traitor Dark Angel marines.

I am concerned that while it may look great the gameplay may be poor and ultimately that's what really matters.

Well, here's hoping gameplay is up to snuff! When's it out?

Early December I think? There's a beta for people who preorder so will hopefully get some useful impressions of the game soon.

Initial feedback on the game is sadly terrible, nothing seems to have been fixed from the beta so there's a lot of complaints about the game being seriously buggy and badly optimised. Worse is that there's also complaints that the gameplay is too basic and dull which isn't easily fixed.

Yeah, saw a couple of reviews. Such a shame.

What game are we talking about (I don't get to see those trailers)? Obviously a Warhammer one from the context! It's not DoW is it? Such a shame if that is a let down.
