Battlefield Bad Company 2 looks epic. Due out 20th March 2010 so enough time to upgrade and EA to delay it.

How come Marcus could find a razor but Dom couldn't? Looks like it will be alright, quite enjoyed the second one.

Looking forward to Red Dead Redemption.

test drive unlimited 2 - I really enjoyed the first one, gran tursimo 5 (not so sure I'll bother.

so, I'm thinking of taking up a game rental service. Love film do 1 disc two rentals a month for £4. Does anyone have any experience with this? I think it would suit me to the ground as I'll get two weeekends per game and more if I like it to play some of the new titles. For me that is probably ample time to get my fun from them as I'm turning into a very casual gamer theses days with little time after work and the GF to get a decent session in.

I thought the first TDU game was superb, while it had many flaws it really felt like a next gen game as the island was huge - the final race all the way round the island was a fantastic way to finish the game.

Got TDU2 on preorder from Amazon as loved the first one. I'm still working my way through Forza3, my mate sent me a text last night to say he's just got 5 endurance races left and he's finished it, which is pretty impressive as its got a huge amount of races.

I used Love film for a little under a year until they stopped with the 90 day free trials and got smart with the checks, all in all I was very happy with it and I am going to sign up properly soon, turn around is reasonable, about 3 days from sending the disks back you will have a new one.

Its just a case of having to wait for the newer titles, but a good way of playing older games cheaply, plus you can still get the DVDs and Blu-Rays, plus online viewing wit most accounts.

This is why I try to ignore upcoming games as I hate having to wait!

I was going to say I'm keeping an eye on Hawx 2 but I see it's out already on the shop shelves today. I was thinking of going for the PC version as it's a bit cheaper and should look pretty good on the 2560x1600 display but I see it has that stupid DRM system where the PC needs to be online all the time so that idea is out the window.

finally bought blur to tide me over for a while. Pretty average so far, finding it hard to get a combo or rhythm going to win a race always end up middle pack.
