Dear Blog V XV - the blog strikes back

Dear Blog My trusty if flaky Asus TF101 tablet finally died after 5 years of service. Seriously considering the new Tab S2 as the 4:3 format appeals as does the lightness, would have to be the 9.7" though which is mucho moola. Have found it at a reasonable price at simply electronics, so may ju...

I have a jessops tripod, rarely used but handy when I need one. I also have a small and medium Joby pod which get used more out and about. (still rarely, especially with the speed of the D7100).

Curved TV's?

I don't think it is about the quality, they would probably be using the same panel. It is more about the 'immersiveness' of the viewing experience. something that is quite subjective. For instance, I find cinema 3D a waste of money and on balance detracts from the experience for me. However, my TV 3...

55197 ...it's going to be streaming compressed music anyway,.... John I thought the whole point of a chromecast was to negate the casting device. E.G the casting device sends the address to the chromecast and it then streams the digital data from source. In this case it would have to decode the MP3...

Curved TV's?

Mmm, not so sure. The curved Samsung I saw in John Lewis a while ago did seem nice to watch, then I saw a curved OLED from LG which made the samsung look like a budget effort from Lidl.

I would try the mtb, movement and activity is generally better as long as it's not aggravating. It is difficult to say without examining, but I can send you a pdf of stretches with video links in if you like. PM me your email if you want them.

Rucksack straps sit on the levator scap muscle and that is also the muscle that stabilises the scapula when loaded (ie when a rucksack is on). Makes sense. Your a tensegrity or multijointed structure (whichever one makes more sense to you), one bit fails and the others compensate. Eventually enough ...

The most common causes of repetitive neck pain I have found to be facet joint (neck or upper thoracic) or upper rib problems. I am assuming looking over a shoulder aggravates it and/or tilting your head back. When bad you can get aching and burning down the upper trapezius or levator scapulae muscle...

Osteopath. Should have you feeling better after the first treatment and pretty much fixed on the second if it's what I think it is.

Just had a search in Inverness and you could be treated by Scott Tracey :geek:

Managed to squeeze in a spin class yesterday at 7am, first one in about 6 weeks. Tutor was a beast and I nearly vomited at the 35 minute mark. Felt very unfit, but legs surprisingly good today.

I am not enjoying the kitting out a house thing, again. Bought another £1k of glue and chipped wood from Ikea this week.
